London has yielded limited if any results...
I propose we expand the search to locations near the other confirmed ones, in otherwards look in Paris, Berlin, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Athens...if these yield nothing, look everywhere else...
We've found the pattern I'm certain, it's just finding the right place

Stones on Bottom Right So...Watching Hunt's Ancient Game Keepers video again, at around 1:26, there's a drawing of the cave on Kefalonia that collapsed. Look somewhat familiar? Could the stones in Ch. 4 be a crop of that site?

I sent Eli Hunt an e-mail asking him about it. Going back to that podcast after days of squinting at these sketches- yeah, the images in his video look pretty familiar. I don't know if it's the same image, but that cave drawing does look really codex-ish. I asked him if he had some codex pages he wasn't telling us about.

You and me both, man.
Anyway. Let's see, Olympic cities on the coast... (where's my list?)
Quote:
Athens 1896
Paris 1900
St. Louis 1904
London 1908
Stockholm 1912
Antwerp 1920
Paris 1924
Amsterdam 1928
Los Angeles 1932
Berlin 1936
London 1948
Helsinki 1952
Melbourne 1956
Rome 1960
Tokyo 1964
Mexico City 1968
Munich 1972
Montreal 1976
Moscow 1980
Los Angeles 1984
Seoul 1988
Barcelona 1992
Atlanta 1996
Sydney 2000
Athens 2004
Beijing 2008
Okay. So. These are cities that are right on the coast, as in, they're cities with beaches.
Quote:
Athens.
Los Angeles.
Helsinki.
Melbourne.
Tokyo (maybe?).
Barcelona.
Sydney.
Wow. That narrowed it down heaps . Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on any of those, but my maps said they were on coasts. I know for certain Sydney is, and I'm, like, 98% sure Melbourne is. The others, I could be wrong.

Possible Colonnade hit? How does this one look for Drawing #5?
Colonnade by pond in Parc Monceau (Paris)
Edit: Scroll down a bit (it's about half-way into the Tuesday entry):

Brilliant! I think that's it. Here's a picture showing the angle we're looking for, I think:

Just wanted to say I've been keeping an eye on this thread, and you folk are doing amazing work. I find it incredible you've managed to nail four of these locations - the photos are bang on with the drawings, and must've taken many hours of work to find.
Well done!

Congratulations. Nice find. I remember that some people at the beginning of the thread did not believe that the places of the drawings could be found. Now we have already more than the half.
BTW. When I looked at the drawings I thought that the statue will be the easiest one

Does this page give us any other hints? Who's the photographer? He appears to also snap shots of statues and piles of rocks. . .

Edited my consolidation post (http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=501290#501290 ) to reflect recent findings and discussions.
We've got two left, people, and - considering how much shoreline and how many statues there are in the world - they're probably the hardest.
On we go!
