You're right, but the feeling I get from what she says is that this is the time they feel they have little time left, kind of like a sixth sense or something. They might not know for sure about a deadline but they somehow feel they don't have much time.

Renata disappeared in a few months, maybe Larissa thinks that if that happened to her, the same is going to happen to these amnesiacs. I think that we can assume safely that the people that made Renata disappear (or that didn't allow her to complete her mission) is the same that is attempting to slow us down or trying to scare the amnesiacs.
