Why are these aliens speaking in harman? You would expect gibberish, and at the very least some sort of strange word instead of ship, but then again, I guess it's for the game's sale.

Is someone setting up a wiki, or is this too early?

Think it's probably too early for a wiki, there's not been a huge amount going on so far, but hopefully we'll get more movement now.

That was annoying I'd looked at trying to overlay the two but it looked like I'd need to re-size the images as well...

I've been trying different bases for the latest code, but not found anything yet.

EDIT - Tried up to base36 and couldn't find any whole numbers, assuming the convertor I used works.

EDIT 2 - Could be the converter, base4 goes to 12136106715148758282570050416639213568 on one converter I used. Trouble is they all give slightly different asnwers due to roundings.

Yeah, I did overlay them at the start, but nothing happened at all so i kinda just ignored it. Oops. Well he says the new code starts with 1337, so if someone else can get this, im bad at the decoding, which unfortunately has been the main source of puzzles in this.

I guess this is a case of trying various combos of base conversions until we get there. At least we now know it starts with 1337 (leet? shurely not a coincedence?) and it's roughly the same length as the ones posted so far.

EDIT - I'n not doing well on the base conversion either. I'm assuming we need to a series of base conversions, as noted by Tabby on the blog, but doesn't this all give the same number?

I get base3 >4 to give 1133332220130104442344204043031441334323004 ??

EDIT 2 - solved it using a different converter, posted on the blog.

mentions a game that follows story line. In game or OOG? i wouldnt mind spending the 5 if it is IG, but if its OOG then thats 5 bucks for a P.O.S. Game that i could make in 10 seconds.

hmm, i reverse-phonebooked the number on the game receipt from when i bought it. He lives with someone named schanz, thats weird if his name is herges. I sent the A-hole an email. if this is over then brandonman needs to post in this forum page or w/e because i am seriously pissed off. freaking 5 bucks coulda gotten me something nice for myself. not some PoS game
