Someone mentioned on the SHH boards that the somewhat-unrelated "I hate Bees" on the Haha times could actually be a clue that some of the missing letters are b's. That is, we started with 22 phones, but will only be able to collect 17 letters, at best. If we don't have 17 by the end of the day, the remaining letters in the anagram could be b's.
