EDIT: after zooming in and scrolling over to 2008, I noticed that the very tail of the graph is showing some funny stuff that suggests this has been updated to show post-2008 time... new screenshot added.

When you zoom in and scroll over to 2008 when the graph is in wave form, the lines seem to be dropping from 1x10 in the 10th to the level of 1x10 in the 6th, while when the graph is in the straight line form, the lines seem to rise to the level of 1x10 in the 10th, exactly the opposite.

Could this be a different outcome of our efforts? A parallel world? Maybe the wave form represents our sucess and the straight line our failure?

slashes (/) are working fine for me on the omphaputer.
Make sure you are using the slash on the main part of the keyboard, not the slash on the numpad.

daily screenshots

I've been taking daily screenshots, I hope this is of any use. Only have the last 3 days though.

I *really* wish I understood what is going on with the GRAPH on the secret site.

Here is another screencap of what it looks like today, and now if you zoom in and scroll over to 2008, you can see that the lines all slowly rise after 1815 like they did before, and then precipitously drop down *just before* 2008. What the hell??

EDIT: Looking closely at the y-axis of the graph, I have never noticed this before, but there is a very faint "lambda" λ at the top of the axis, just under the "1x10^11". Was this there before? Does this help us interpret the graph?? (Lambda seems to standardly be used to refer to wavelength. What has wavelengths between 1x10^6 and 1x10^11?)

Yes.

I've mentioned this before that wavelengths this high are virtually unheard of. Visible light is 400-700 nm, and the longest waves, radio waves, are only up to 1000m...wavelengths this high don't really make sense...Not sure what this could mean.

Spec: Degree of communication between worlds...: Theo's activities? Omphaloi updates done from other world agons?

I like the idea that the graph might show us the degree of communication between the worlds...but why did it drop in 2008 again?
Cause we start to "communicate" again? But I always thought the higher the lines the better. Maybe I have some thought confusions about this. lol

Well unless there is something else that I missed, there is no indication of the units on the y-axis. So the indicated wavelengths could be nanometers or meters or kilometers... no clues.

I guess I thought it'd be odd to express wavelengths in 1x10 to the 11th nanometers, when they could just express it in meters...didn't make sense to me. But I guess it's possible that it's expressed in nm, which would mean the graph is squarely among the radio wave frequency...

Didn't the graph drop the first time just before Theo showed up?

Yes, I'm still thinking about the graph -- damn Sophia in me.

I'm trying to wrap my head around logarithmic scales -- so is it possible that the white line at the top is the sum of all the other 6 lines? Thus, when the sum of the 6 (i.e., the white) hit that maximum of 1x10^11 at 1815, that's what caused the plummet??

Bah! Now the graph looks the same as it did in the beginning. What is going on?? Neutral All our theories about having made changes in 2008 are apparently wrong. I don't get it. Do we have a screen shot of the original so we can compare it and make sure the same colors are in the same places? I think I remember the red line being above the other colored lines, but now it seems the purple line is...

Yes, if you add the 6 lines, they should come out to around where the white line hits.
