From the library site:

In 1983 the building was officially re-opened to the residents of Pemberton Township and the surrounding Burlington County area under the direction of Head Librarian Agatha Dobbs, wife of the late local businessman Eugene Dobbs and mother of current Aglaura mayor Pat Dobbs.

another reply from hollow needle

The reply that I recieved repeated much of the same as yours except the last paragraph....

""...Regarding the trunk, we are still going through it. But we're excited to say that it does include some important finds by a local artist. And there are other things in there that I'd love to tickle your curiousity bone with, but all I can tell you is that we'll be unveiling some things soon that are certain to be of value to the Aglaura area! We'll let you know more soon.

Thank you,

Phyllis Willingham

Marital Status of Phyllis Willingham...

Hi, figured I'd post a reply I got from Mrs. Willingham. Not much of note, really, except that she refers to her husband...i've noticed other posts wondering about her marital status. However, she's just recently joined the 20th century, she jests, which sounds like an old person sort of joke to me. Maybe she's the lawyer's mother, just like Agatha Dobbs is Pat's mother. Just musing.

Also, (and is there anyone who thinks I could make use of this in a future post?) SHE CALLED ME BY THE WRONG NAME!! lol

Dear Mr. Chan,

I'm so glad to hear that you are interested in our books. Isn't it a
fascinating to collect old tomes? Oh, the stories those precious antiquities
would tell, if only they could. I'm putting together a list of our antique
books a little at a time--it's been amazingly busy these past couple of weeks,
for some strange reason. Suddenly people from all over the country--and the
world!--are writing, expressing interest in the locks, keys, and antique
books. Must be the result of finally building this little website, I guess. I
am certainly glad that I listened to my husband and decided to join the 20th
century, if not the 21st! Ha, that was an antiques joke, in case you didn't
catch it.

In the meantime, you have been added to our list to receive our newsletter.
Unfortunately, we are running a few weeks behind in publishing it this month
due to our efforts in documenting and researching the contents of several
recent acquisitions. The newsletter should be completed and sent out within a
couple of weeks.

Because of this situation, you'll be happy to know, we are likely to extend our
Featured Lock and Key collection for another month.

Thank you,

Phyllis Willingham
