Honestly? Fthat frame it looks like the end of his sleeve caught in shadow while the curve of the punch has hid his hand behind the sleeve.

It may appear not to be the case moving, admittedly.

It could be that his hand is hidden. The thing to notice is the black rectangular object that is either held in his hand or replaces his hand. It isn't part of the door and there was nothing in his hand.

I'll put together a collage to show what I mean.

It looks to me like it is his shadow on the door, albeit clipped at the bottom. With all the green screening and door glowing effects, maybe it was just distorted.

Here is a closeup of the three frames that show the rectangle. I see a rectangular object that actually appears to sink into the surface of the door.
