I've done every type of ROT- it's all gibberish.

There has to be another encryption.

My first thought is to take the bloody writing and apply it here, use it on the text here somehow. Drop the letters from the video? I don't know, but it's a thought.

its weird. this isnt a vignerie cipher, it isnt a substitution cipher either. neither block of letters, although if either would be one it would be the capital letters.

i havent tried anagrams, but i imagine that isnt going to work either.

i cant figure out how to get the message out.

I've tried every possible anagram for each line, and there are no real words.

The PUZZLE for the poem is being worked on in here - it wasn't an anagram.
