 		im getting the im sorry you failed screen and i didn't try anything.

edit: i got the failed screen because i clicked on the link in this thread when i opened a seperate window i got the option again. so any ideas what else to try?

 		Been semi-lurking... Went and tried "I am going to kill her"- got the head/body... Tried "him" got an arm. So, not global and seems to do something. What has been tried?

EDIT: Tried 'you' and got

The French Man
it refers to Blaise de Vigenere, a french cryptographer. Here is a Wikipedia page on his cypher system.

 		Sorry, I know about Vigenere ciphers. In this case, I'm not sure how we'd use p3842c34w in such a cipher as Vig doesn't generally use numbers.

Huh? Say what?

I tried letter sub for the Vigenére, i.e. 'pchdbccdw' ... no joy for 'I'm going' or 'I am going' both compressed and un.
