I did the same thing including the words

kill

myers

... with absolutely no luck.

Can those numbers represent l33t letters? If so, you can try "pebazcbaw". I'm not good with vigenere decryption (:

I'm glad this is picking up again! Very Happy I just rechecked the source code and there is another hint that says

EDIT: I'm not sure if the hangman game and countdown has disappeared or if I'm being stupid again, but all I get when I go to the website is the password log in and the quote "Hello, French man."

No joy. also tried 'pebarcbaw.' Good idea though...

I'm caught up. Sorry for posting a bunch of useless info. Embarassed I was looking at the page info and the current password has a value of eight *'s? I'm assuming the password is 8 letters long? If so, the code p3842c34w is 9 letters long. Unless, of course the asterisk thing on the page info is random.

I don't think I'm being clear. I'm using Firefox. When I right click one of the options is "Page Info". If I open that, one of the tabs is "forms". Under that tab it shows "fields". Listed in the field is password, with a current value of eight *'s. Does this mean the current password is eight characters long?

Solve = p3842c34w as the text and "I'm going" (or even 'I'm g') as the key, decrypt.

ETA: Sounds like manipulated sound on there to me. Can someone pull the audio and mess with it? I don't know how to do that...

VERY NICE WORK Pancito!!! It looks like Marcus Lee is the next in line. Another reference to dinner too! Time to try and look up Marcus Lee. Anyone who's on AIM should probably keep an eye out for James or Kristen and let them in on the news.

This is true! I'm assuming the blog will say something about having his place robbed or broken into? This is speculation, but it would make sense.

I'm at work, so I don't have access to any of my programs, but it sounds like there may be some speech thats been sped up at about 17 seconds on the video. Just listening to it without anything to filter it, it sounds like it may possibly be the heart monitor tones sped up as well???
