Re: Wiki speed
I am looking into it - it's across the entire domain (batman wiki too, for example). I've contacted hosting support, and the problem's been escalated in support. I'm expecting to hear back from them sometime today; they say within 24 hours (but that's the standard response anyway).
Worst case scenario - I might bite the bullet and upgrade to a virtual dedicated server.
A similar problem happened last year during Halo's Iris campaign - but that one was much more extreme in a shorter timespan. So I'm surprised something similar is happening now when traffic is still only 1/3 of that previous spike. I don't want to go through the similar hiccup that happened before with the site being taken down entirely, so I might do the upgrade, at least for the span of this game.
Hey, you provide a resource, you take on a responsibility
So for now, pages are still coming up, just taking longer than they should. No idea why. But it is being looked into.
Thanks for your patience...!

I predict that the "Six Ancient Strengths" document that Ariadne found in Cardiff will be the key to this part of the ARG:

Maybe a kind of personality test? Rank these statements from 1 to 6, with 1 meaning "Not at all" and 6 meaning "Absolutely"? And from that determine which of the six agonothetai archetypes you most resemble? And future ARG sites will have things corresponding to each of the six?

Question Question: is there somewhere we are dissecting the trailers? Somewhere specific? Because I have something in T3 that could be something... So is there somewhere? Or can I start a new thread, or something?
EDIT: Thanks, mr.judkins!

Hey Brodie, looks like people are already discussing the third trailer in the thread for www.thelostring.com .
Might as well keep going there...

I'd like to suggest an addition to the list of resources in the first post. Perhaps HHM or a mod can copy/paste this up there. Something along the lines of:
Play the Game in Another Language?
We love everybody who comes to play with us here in uF, and we are delighted to play with people whose first language is not english. Please stay! But if you think you would be more comfortable in another language, you have a few choices -

Our intrepid interdimensional labyrinthletes are chatting in their own languages in the game forums - german, spanish, portuguese, french, chinese, japanese and english.
Other out of game resources not in english:

Rogi's Calculator HHM,
This is a really handy tool that would be good to add to the cartography section of the list.

Added links for "Muzzy in Gondoland" Esperanto version videos. Pretty much a children's show, but good to watch so you can get a grasp of the language.
Very cute, very clever.

Just a note on the Twitter hashtags: the link for #lostring tags gives an error page. I checked it out and this looks like the correct url: http://hashtags.org/tag/lostring
Happy tweeting!

Graphic Resources Here's a link a 3 Circuit template to be used for any design work (flyers, cheat sheets, etc) that people might need..
Labyrinth Templates (300 dpi JPG)
Created the path in Adobe Illustrator and then rasterized it for the JPGs. If you want the original vector image, PM me for a copy.
Edit: put it into a set with both a 3 circuit and 7 circuit version
