also, i just noticed this. on the puzzle link in the questionnaire there is an email of Jeffrey Cohen (the person who posted the puzzle), his email is jeffreycohenfbiSPLAT hotmail.fr, it appears on the top of the site here is a link to the actual puzzle http://www.jigzone.com/mpc/view.php?E833EOD.237

If you have the security at its lowest setting and still cant log in, You may want to reply to the email to have them send your Password and ID, you may have accidently typed something different than you thought you typed.

I'm still waiting for my bloody questionaire...
Could it be a case that they're sending out so many questionaires that they're trying to group a bunch before sending out the next batch?
