 		Try it backwards. It doesn't really fit with the way they have been running this ARG, but you never know.

 		Also... there is a creepy, falsetto voice that says most of the incriminating lines... It's a possibility that the other people's words were taken out of context, by the falsetto voice.

Also, that voice shows up often throughout the ad. Any important person? Someone on the Joker's side?

I found it ... suspicious that Garcetti's post on the 15th used the same repetition as in the ad... could the voice be Garcetti?
