 		69 in hex = 'i' and I guess % could be flagging it as hex? Thought maybe it was a '.info' domain, but no dice there...

%69 is URL encoding for 'i', just like you commonly see a space as %20

 		Hmmm... Well, the movie "The Helter Skelter Murders" about the Manson killings was also know by the title "The Other Side of Madness"

 		The text on http://www.inthefinalstate.com/ has changed for me. It says "Sometimes, you should take things more literally."

I tried "Helter Skelter" in various combinations and "theothersideofmadness". No luck. What's the "information" bit about? And why only encode one character?

EDIT:
Maybe the %69 suggests we're supposed to use all or part of this as a url?

www.theothersideofmadness.com didn't work... Neither did www.inthefinalstatecom/information....
