[SPEC] The Alien Apache Code Connection? or How She Got Here

How She Got Here: Some absolutely rampant speculation too early to go on the wiki Story So Far:Talk.

Posit:
- Experimental Halo-era vessel managed to Slipstream through space AND time, arriving in our past, and either land on earth or transmit code from orbit (rather than, or before, crashing)*
- ONI Secret Agents manage to embed key elements of the AI (the SPDR, Flea, Queen, Chrysalis/Princess) in the Linux/Apache webserver distribution as unused binary
- It gets damaged over time and/or in the process
- It gets installed on the ilovebees site as part of the Apache kernel distribution
- Then something (related to ilovebees, such as just the right mention of queens and bees and parasites) awakens the widow/SPDR and she begins the rebuilding process
- Dana notices this as a screwup on the site and attempts purges, which are perceived by the SPDR as more damage to repair and by the slowly awakening Queen as assassination attempts "shooting at a body on a gurney"..and the rest you know
- Metastasizing implication: all Apache webservers (or, alternately, Microsoft dll's**) are vulnerable to becoming part of her, and may contain parts of her mind or memory

*As noted, ONI Stealth Ships are disguised as pleasure yachts. Three are mentioned in the Halo guide, the Applebee, Circumference, and Lark. Also mentioned was the role of the Forerunner crystals in affecting Slipspace, in one of the novels?

**Oh, you still think all 800+MB of a Windows install is code for WINDOWS?

Something has to answer the questions "how did she get here?" and "what activated the widow?" ...I really don't think this will turn out to be it, but maybe this will encourage les autres.
