I got real excited for a second. I did a Google search for "what happened in Piedmont A&E" And the first hit was a newspaper article headlined "These Zombies Ain't Gonna Kill Themselves" but after a quick read it is a movie review section of the Arts and Entertainment portion of the piedmont college paper from last fall. Im Posting this so others dont go down that particular blind alley.

This looks interesting. The Area 51 blog is possibly (probably) META. So, what are we betting on here? Zombies, aliens, tear in the fabric of space/time causing a Bermuda Triangle-like rift, supernatural force...?

EDIT: After listening to that voicemail, if I were a betting man, my bets would be on zombies.

I don't know if I'd call Plan 9 From Outer Space the jackpot... Laughing

Aliens. (Sprinkle in a little Big Government cover up)

Edit; might just be Andromeda Strain.

Sadly it's a guilty pleasure of mine that I tend to watch it when it's on.
ETA - I think I remember hearing about this when they first started filming and it was said to be more faithful to the book. The trailer on the site looks a bit melodromatic, but definitely not as plastic as the original. Looks to be a game coming on the site in the near future as well.

They say Admission is the first step on the road to recovery.

I so that there is a game coming to the site, I am wondering right now if it will have anything to do with the ARG or if it will be seperate.

Yeah I did, nothing yet. I hope that the mail isn't lost in some of the offtopic clutter that was popping up in the comments on the blog though. Has anyone added him as a friend on facebook and looked to see who the "Kristen " in the audio clip was yet? I can't until I get home from work (damn work filters on Facebook)
