[missions] Training Labyrinth in Jerusalem

Hey guys, so Lucie is here in Israel and she's looking to create a training labyrinth TOMORROW afternoon in Jerusalem. I'm trying to help her, but unfortunately the timing is really bad as we are gearing up for a big holiday. As such most of the people I've asked to join are are either a) leaving for vacation or b) buried alive under an avalanche of school work (as am I) if you know ANYONE in Israel who might be interested, please pass on this info. Lucie has not given me a place or time as yet but as soon as she does, I will post it here. Thanks for your help!

The Saga that Was...

Here are some pics from our Labyrinth run in Jerusalem!
http://flickr.com/photos/10056900@N02/
After pretending to speak French, convincing My Trusty Sidekick a)that I wasn't crazy and b)to accompany me on this quest, an expensive cab ride to the other end of the city, and a frantic search, we had a great time! We basically roped people in as the walked by on the campus. Lucie had a photographer with her so I expect more pics and video will be up on her blog soon.

Here's some of the stuff she told me:
- There will be a Labyrinth run in Tel Aviv this weekend
- After that, she will be heading to Beirut and then, Tehran
- Maybe old news, but Ariadne is putting together a Labyrinth in London for around 300 people

Enjoy!

Great pics, Lindoriel. Looks like fun!

Beirut and Tehran??? Shocked Did she say why? Is she expecting to find people to run labyrinths?

Great! Good for you for roping passersby to play. Thanks for the photos.

She is going to find people to run Labyrinths with her although, after seeing my dubious look, she conceded that it will be difficult. Though, If she targets universities that will probably be her best bet.

Can I say something really meta here?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I really hope they are paying the Lucie actress some big dough for this.

Well...the Tehran stint might not be so fun, and I don't know that I'd want to be in Beirut as a woman. Definitely cool, and a life-changing experience, but a little scary.

Lucie updated her blog with new pics from Israel!

On va y arriver, j'y crois!!!

One in London you say? Brilliant... I was pretty gutted to have missed the last one in Hyde Park but the timing was just not great. I was hoping there'd be another one in the UK. And for 300 people you say? That'd be enough for an entire human labyrinth without needing anyone to move? Can't wait to find out when it is.

Great photos from Israel by the way! All these labyrinths look great fun!
