Sure it's a novel and not the hardcopy of the manga?
Just before people start buying. If it's a novelization, it's likely to come out in English also.
A graphic novel of the manga will come out after all four chapters have been published (at least, that is how it works with like every other manga ever~). And in the Amazon.jp synopsis, it mentions New York and Rob. ^^
