I feel like it has to be an ARG. There's no way to actually 'adopt' one of these space monkeys, and if someone's missing, you don't start asking people on the interwebs to help you out, not in the 'real world.' So my senses all scream "ARG," and we're going to help find this Karen person, and (money on this one, folks) that the next layer of the proverbial onion is going to directly involve David's videoblog references to whatever it is he wants to forget.

"Something we need to see" is evidently a muddle of letters. There's definitely a website embedded, but I don't have the time now to figure it out. Look at the fourth line from the bottom: WWWMADJUNIFERCOM is in that line. God knows what it means, I ran it through and anagram thing (madjunifer, not the www or com) and nothing useful came out. I'm trying to decide which letters to drop to make it meaningful, because there are words hidden in there, just seperated by gibberish. Good luck!

I thought I might join. Though I have absolutely no experience (this is my first ARG), so bear with me please.

Now, I was thinking... the first videos in his blog consists of more or less no useful information whatsoever. What if the descriptions and titles give us clues or something? I got the feeling they didn't have to do with the videos at all.

I've been looking at Alice's Evidence. I can't figure out too much. Page 4, I tried to flip the image and see what was written in the page before. I'll attach it to the post. If i can figure out how XD It's probably nothing of interest, though. I also noticed that Day 1 is April 1st. If that is relevant. Also, the letter says

Now, we have every reason in the world to believe that this is a girl writing(the typewriting, the drawings and stuff), so then why does it say David at the end? It's definitely not him writing this.
I do wonder if the two mails were written by the same person. Even though the handwritings look alike, the left letter writes "7" without the little line in the middle, the right one with the line. This only works if the last line says RJ, else the left letter uses both ways of writing the 7

I think that the "secrets and surprises" arrow that points at Come to Rio is a big clue. Think we might have to go there? And who wants to send a mail to the address?

I don't have time to look at the other pages though. I'll do that later.

Trout me if this was already said. Or just poke me hard if it was obvious XD At least I tried. Gotta give me credit for that

anybody else get the feeling the IC memo might be of significance? it mentions karen and test software. and the ic logo looks really familiar. it's bugging the hell outa me

EDIT: ah the same ic logo is on the adoptaspacemonkey page. is this the company david works for maybe?

EDIT: also listed as Alice's address on her aftermath profile is ganymede. which is certainly not a place in ireland but in fact a moon of jupiter. weird huh? especially when you consider that jupiter was part of an earlier puzzle
