..and she seems to have caught Dorcas' narcolepsy as we've had no updates for almost a week, so hopefully she'll wake up...

New Story is up. I've been wandering around it for the past 15 minutes... Listening to the (Very abstract, possibly a clue?) story from your advisor seems to lead in a circle... Reflecting your childhood, there's a "Room" in the "Reflect upon your first fight" path that isn't opened until you reflect about schoolwork, and... That's all I've found so far. Will edit as I continue to wander.

EDIT: Looks like the map is making some form of element. Anyone good with chemistry?

EDIT: Looks more like alchemical symbols, to my eye. Can't work it out though. Even tried holding it up to the mirror!

I saw numbers in the map - probably because the other thing that stood out for me was the faded phone directory. Can't work out what to do with that though!

I saw numbers too. Maybe a telephone extension number?

Okay, I've been walking around the labyrinth a half hour now, and all I could think of was Zork "you are walking around a labyrinth where where everything looks the different" but that could just be because I watched "Chuck" recently...

attempted to draw out map for myself (another Zork hangover), but got dimensions wrong when I saw the company's name and wrote that out next to the room.... Smile

Going to have another go now, and try and see what happens in the childhood reminiscences, a line appeared the second time I visited it, I want to recheck. Really enjoying this - too busy to do much of anything online last week.

EDIT: just a thought:

I think the numbers may be in reference to the telephone directory, which is a "directory of telephone extensions for your office"

3180 or 380 or 308 is about the right length for a telephone extension...

ok you get an extra line of text in each of the 'reminiscing' stories if you do them in this order; rooftop, schoolwork, fight. The dialogue implies that you were victorious, you didnt want to do the work, you did it badly, you wished it would get destroyed, you managed to get it destroyed in the fight.

Im still looking at this new story, im now thinking that the amount of people he has with him in the hallway could be a phone number. there's 1 shaan azad, 3 body guards, 1 attache, 1 advisor, 6 bodygaurds, 2 sweepers (1 from east, 1 from west, not sure if significant) and 1 peon with 1 samovar and cup.

if it is a number thats a bloody lot of 1's Smile trying to combine it with the map number... maybe 038 131 16211 or some variation of the same...
