here's my thought:

Okay, so- the incident at NYC already happened. Destruction and all. Now it's time to collect the pieces and figure out what went down. The sites that we've been given before were just that- sites. We weren't supposed to find anything out yet. We were supposed to be given any 'eye-opening' secrets yet. It was all just... business before hand. Just like any story, this one has a beginning, build up, climax, and resolution [end]. The 01-18-08 site was the beginning, T.I.D.O. Wave/Tagruato/Slusho sites were all build up, the movie was the climax- this could be the resolution. Whatever this symbol is, it probably represents the team that's either meant to clean the mess up, or investigate it. All the clues were marked w/ this... insignia. First there was Tagruato and Tido Wave... This could be a third party.

i just got the DVD, and the logo is there twice on the sticker that usually says "Security device Enclosed"

The sticker says "Property of the US Government", and has an American eagle in the background.

Maybe the logo is a US government thing, and the gov is tagging related websites? This could be very significant if we assume the Cloverfield even happens in 2009, and the go. is tracking this stuff now.

The steelbook dosent have the case project cloverfield sticker with the logos on it? damm my gf picked my steelbook copy up for me already. im at school atm so i cant look at it Sad
