In a similar vein, someone is trying to sell the URL "www.ilovepees.com" on eBay. Opening bid price is $1000, with a Buy Now option at $50,000. Optimism, it seems, springs eternal.

maybe the present owner of the urine site is dying of terminal obnoxiousness? have you seen Dana's blog with his garbage? merely repulsive...

Website is definitely NSFW, by the way. You know, if you had any doubts.

"Not Safe For Work," before you ask.

The moderated blog says that ilovebeer.org is "clearly in-game"? Can someone do a whois on it? I think that the PMs are just trying to give a sense of realism to Dana's character. The only thing I think we'll find there is a well thought out parody at best.
Might be saying this in the wrong thread.

i don't think that initially he was "in game", just someone having fun, but obviously Dana thinks its a great spoof of her site.
hmmm, so its "semi in game"... it was created outside the game as a parody of the game, but it still exists within the game as a parody of the site..... whoah
i think i just shifted a few universes to the left just now
edit: don't mind me, i'm just being a freakin post-whore this afternoon.... i'm at work, i have nothing to do, and i'm going a little nuts

I think by "clearly in game" they're just saying that since it's been mentioned by a character, it's in-game, much the same way that we as Cloudmakers were "in-game" once Jeanine Salla listed a link to us as "distributed biological computing" or Laia mentioned for-evan.com (a fan site) in one of her updates.
It's more an acknowledgement of the players' effort than it is an in-game site, if that makes sense.

Don't even get me started on the fact that it was American beer...
