I'll try to be nice to him, but after these last few weeks, if Conor messes with me too badly, I will be all over him like a spider monkey.

Look, Conor pisses me off, too. If teamwork weren't required for this one, he'd be on my ignore list. The fact remains, however, that we will not achieve this goal if we do not work together. I have seen this happen in another ARG, where the group failed to save a character even with decent teamwork. If we can't put our personal feelings aside and pull together as a team, we may as well just tell the Doctor to shoot the poor girl in the head and be done with it.
