When this ends, I have to post my conversation with Conor. It is epic to the third power. And sooooo funny...

Wolf, please play! we need something like 400 people and we have just over 100, every body counts.

Clown, no. If Conor ever finds his way here, he doesn't need to see shit that was supposed to be private aired out in public for everyone but him to see. I'm sure he would call that petty high school bullshit, and he would be exactly right. So just leave it private.

While I agree that we should not post it on here, I think Conor would call anything high school BS, which I find offensive.

No. In this case, Conor had a legitimate grievance. A genuinely legit problem and I wish I'd known that before I went off, because it would have drastically changed how I handled that situation.

He may have had a good reason, but that was no excuse for his mouth, or for any of the insults. He could have handled it better and kept it between him and clown. But he got Taluria all worried it was her fault, and got several other people riled up because of his posting.

Sorry if I am rambling, but he really pissed me off.

Given that everybody jumped on him when he had a truly legitimate grievance? I don't blame him for lashing out the way he did.

Now, to everyone: No more of this bullshit. No more. I look like a dick now because I went off on a guy with a legitimate grievance. No more silly games, I don't care how annoying someone is. If you want, I can be conflict resolution guy. PM me your beef with a link to offending posts, I'll look over the situation and try to get things calmed down in a mature manner.

I do blame him for lashing out. I'm glad this is squashed and won't be a problem anymore, but the extent this went to is ABSOLUTELY his fault! the issue he has or had with clown are a completely separate issue from the derogatory statements he made toward other team members. I understand that he had a grievance with certain players, that doesn't excuse his behavior!

It doesn't excuse his behavior, but it provides some reasoning for it. We've all had moments where we've taken out frustrations on someone that didn't deserve it. That's pretty much what happened here, and then everybody ganged up on the guy even though he did have a legitimate reason to be frustrated. I don't blame him for getting defensive, I probably would have too.

I still stand by my statement that none of this was your fault, Taluria. It was a wrong place, wrong time situation. If it hadn't been you it would've been someone else. Still not right and he knows this.

I don't want you to feel like you're at all at fault here. You did nothing wrong, and while I no longer think he's an idiot, you are still the awesomest.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm pretty much over that by now. *takes calm, soothing breaths*

And you're awesomer.

Jeez, I'm away for work for the day and all this happens?! I think I'm going to have to change my real name from Conor to Ursos or something... *sigh* I liked the name Conor... lol

Anyhow, I'm going on record and saying I'm not recruiting someone. Once I almost got a "job" selling knives, and they were going to make me sell them to my family and friends. Meh, I'm not into that. If I knew someone who would honestly be interested, and if it were easier to explain, I'd get others interested.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it, Doc!
