The San Francisco Federal Reserve is at 101 Market, which is a few blocks East of Grant Ave, though not close enough for me to think there's a connection between the two. I'll keep looking when I have the chance.

so i sent my wife the link to itsallpartoftheplan

and the first thing she said was

"they are all representing money"

so i'm kind of leaning towards something that has to do with actual money

maybe some sort of scavenger hunt to find certain serial numbers on bills
or something of that nature

that way anyone, anywhere can participate

and i'm also leaning way towards a new trailer

every since the Joker's message the other day that spelled out TRAILER

so it's probably what we will get as a present for the solve of this next puzzle

I'm in Mass as well if anyone needs help. I doubt it helps but I do know there is a town called Franklin in Mass. Most likely after Ben Franklin It's actually the next town over from me.

there is another thread that i believe is titled

Hints from the Joker for the New Trailer

or something along those lines

I recieved a tip from the Myspace Joker.

The only thing that he has posted throughout the entire game has been legitimate straight from the joker phone.

the other day he posted a bulletin that read:

Subject: Tick Tock

Body:

Tick Tock.

if you spell out the letters that aren't H's or A's in the paragraph they spell the word TRAILER.

Not sure what to make of this. I heard Perez Hilton got a Joker Cake early on, so this could be something like that. Could also be something like a press pass. Just thought I'd share.

well looking at the currency values, it seems they're each unique. So listing them in order of currency (including coinage)

(adjusting to order by bills primarily, then coins; some aren't on the gallery but shown here for completion's sake)
Code:

Toronto        - John F    Kennedy                  $0.50 half-dollar
Kansas City    - George    Washington  $1 bill      $0.25 quarter
Philadelphia   - Thomas    Jefferson   $2 bill      $0.05 nickel
New York       - Abraham   Lincoln     $5 bill      $0.01 penny
Sao Paulo      - Alexander Hamilton    $10 bill
Chicago        - Andrew    Jackson     $20 bill
San Francisco  - Ulysses   Grant       $50 bill
Boston         - Benjamin  Franklin    $100 bill
 (n/a)         - William   Mckinley    $500 bill
Dallas         - Grover    Cleveland   $1000 bill
BD-osto/erli-n - James     Madison     $5000 bill
Los Angeles    - Dwight D  Eisenhower  $10,000 note $1.00 silver coin
London         - Woodrow   Wilson      $100,000 bill

Also, not listed above:
 (n/a)         - Salmon    Chase       $10,000 bill
 (n/a)         - F.D.      Roosevelt                $0.10 dime

I can't find any instance of Kennedy appearing on a US note.

Kennedy was never on a bill, just on a coin.

Interesting, from what I can make out of the note:

"Listen up clowns, you will need this playing card to get in and you will have to go to www.whysoserious.com/itsallpartoftheplan to find out where you need to be."

The next line looks purposely blurred out by the website, I can't make it out. After that is some joker handwriting in parenthesis, also blurred but partially readable:

(BLURRED if you BLURRED to act like a clown)

To me, it sounds like whatever is at the end of the countdown will direct us to physical locations, with some kind of authentication needed once we get to them. Can anybody make anything else out from it?

I would like to point out that using Federal Reserves is very unlikely, as we have 3 cities outside the USA Razz

Anyways, I'd guess we'll just have to wait until monday, aye?

So, I just went to the site and noticed that you can now click on the pics...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Clicking on the pics will bring up a pop up window with a magnified image of the portraits.
Underneath the portraits are a timer counting down to when this will all start and the following note:
"Gather with 300 of your closest friends at this exact spot on April 28th.

You'll need to be in contact with a partner-in-crime who has online access to relay your instructions once you're there. These instructions will give you the TRAIL to follow, but be sure to look both ways when crossing the street; we wouldn't want you to make an unscheduled visit to the ER now, would we?

Put on a smile and plan to spend about an hour or so bonding with your fellow clowns.

Check back here often for updates or changes."

Underneath this is the coordinates for the city of the portrait. Clicking on the coords brings up a google map, which makes things easier for us! Very Happy

Hi. Im new to this. I live near London, so that's the one I would be going to.

I don't really get it. Do I have to find 300 people I know? Or should I just turn up and presume that I can join the other group that is there. Is there some internet group where I can say, "I want to join up for this"?

Is there anyone here going to the London one?

Sorry for doing the typical newbie thing.

I hate to complain about the same thing for every set of events, but... I really wish the Southeast would be better represented in these kinds of things. Philly is the closest one to me, and that's a 7 hour drive. Oh well. Guess I should find a partner for one of the cities, see what I can do from online.
