Here his my attempt #3.
It's got all 6 worlds, and a line for each world going from "Warren" to "Madrid." I've circled Madrid.
I tried to minimize rotation.
I started with Gaea, then placed Neopangaea & Pangaea, since they are the most similar to Gaea. Then placed Gondwana, since it's the next most similar, and then tweaked Kenorland & Nuna/Columbia to match the 2 Warren/Madrid pairs I had left.
It kinda sorta looks like Ariock's map of Warren/Madrid pairs.
PS - I took the liberty of placing Madrid and the Iberian peninsula with Africa for Nuna and Kenorland. It just seemed the thing to do.
To be honest, I prefer your strategy, because I want to assume that the orders in the two postcards are the same. Otherwise, the postcards are almost useless.

And Neo-Pangaea has also a similar distance in my opinion - which makes three worlds we could not distinguish.
I see.

I've cleaned up and added some imagery and thoughts to the wiki page for the PanCosmologizer
I've tried to locate Madrid and Warren on each supercontinent.
The process for finding matches is this - if you align Madrid to any of the postcard 1 (red) locations on Gaea, the Warren spot should line up with at least one postcard 2 location (blue); the point being that then if someone were in Madrid on our world, they would be in that blue location on that supercontinent - and if the red and blue match up, then we know which postcard locations apply to that world.
Practically, if person A stood in Madrid and Person B stood in Warren, each continent would align their Madrid and Warren (and where person A and B would be standing on that world) to two of the other Madrid(red) and Warren(blue) locations indicated on our world. That indicates the location pair across postcard 1 and 2
...If this application of the theory is accurate of course =)

Wow. Nice work. Especially because I have missed the fact that in Neo-Pangaea Africa will be between America and Europe.
The only thing I disagree is Pangae. I think you put Ibera west of Italy
I would go for the small piece of land for Madrid on top of Africa. (see animated gif)
How did you managed to extract the nice pictures from the PC?

actully with animation, again i can see that where you placed the red dot is actually beside where spain would be...
edit: scratch that, I see it now, not sure what I saw before =P. But all the diagrams of pangaea I found seemed to indicate there was some land that's not outlined on the PC, which is why I extended it with the dotted red line. I was going by the hook where norway/sweden/finland are (part of Baltica in earlier supercontinents). Perhaps the lines they use in the PC aren't as indicative as they should be. They seem to cut off that peninsula
For extracting, all I did was screencap the lands at their brightest (active), and split color channels to CMYK in Corel, picking the channel with the most clearly defined outline. Then you're left with a greyscale layout that you can do lots with (overlaying transparently is easy then)

So did the PMs give up trying to help us figure the PanCosmologizer out? Is it no longer going to be a necessary part of any synchronization??

Not to bring any Kai bashing to this thread, but I almost wonder if it's an attempt at distraction...

Have you installed Adobe AIR? Any problems with that installation?

I'm a litttle late to this game; is this puzzle as unsolved as it appears to be? I'm going to start working on it this afternoon, assuming it is.

I think it's unsolved but no one has brougth back the attention to it so I think it's not important anymore.

But it sounds really important when you read codex Chapter 10. If we're going to participate in the in the actual Multiversal Olympic event, we need to know were it is happening, don't we?

[META] I think that's part of the reason it's so difficult to do anything with. We aren't supposed to find anything out about it yet, unless one of our many super geniuses cracks it at a glance.
