If she can describe the machine that would be helpful. Being put IN a machine says Cat scan or MRI to me, but I'm not a medical person.

I guess since they're holding her captive and she said she's burning inside I automatically assumed it was some morbid and sinister machine. But yeah, I suppose an MRI would make sense since she just got hit by a car...and she may be crazy.

I'm wondering about the state of the door. Not locking it seems incredibly silly. It would save manpower and surely be a sight more secure to actually lock it. Could it be a door in a more residential setting which has no lock?
