Correct. Plus, new post at Silent Observer:
http://schuharsenal.wordpress.com/2008/05/01/crap/
ETA - strange, the picture posted isn't really a picture. It appears to be a video feed?
http://146.186.239.40/mjpg/video.mjpg
Going up to the main site:
http://146.186.239.40/view/index.shtml
It says "Current Visibilty of Mt. Nittany from PSU Air Quality Learning & Demo Center"

Oh, mjpg? thanx, I should check out my windows/tmp folder or so. I know that file type, if you open it in new tab, the whole streaming is saved somewhere on your harddrive.

Also in the new blog entry after the phrase "Wannabie Milton" there is this hidden text:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

Which Translates in Base 64 to
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
was für ein selbstverliebter tor!
Which seems to be in german but, I can only get google to translate part of it and it doesnt make much sense.

was für ein = "What kind of"
selbstverliebt = "In love", so selbstverliebter = "More in love"
tor = ??? It does translate as "gates" on Google and Babelfish, but I'm not familiar with the word (a few years of german in high school and college).

So would the translation be something like: What Kind of fool in love? OR maybe a loose translation: Why do Fools fall in love?

I think it is something like "What a fool, being in love with himself!".
EDIT: The translation by kosmopol: "What a narcissic fool!"

Coded post above translates to:
Which should be "Are you ok?" if I'm not mistaken. Anybody here sun78?

Any ideas to the password?
EDIT
Hans has also posted on Twitter a couple times today. The first one is a line from a Shakespearean sonnet:
