If so it appears that the two limbs that rise over their head are what they use to either cling to MGP or feed off of him.
I had been thinking that as well. I was thinking, they are not so much fleas/parasites as like those birds that pick bugs of rhinos or clean alligator's teeth (I forget what that is called... symbiotic?).

Is that the handle of a sword I see in the middle of the 2nd pic at the very bottom?

I can clearly see a piece of a sub/craft (at the top center of rig_204.jpg and bottom center of rig_205.jpg). You can see whatever you'd like. The sword logo is cartoonish, these are not.

No. There are no sword logos in these pictures. Please reference the first picture ( http://www.usgx8810b467233px.com/rig_204.jpg ). The "sword" you see (I initially saw it as well) is merely part of the camera's framing.

No I think its Clover's back. If he was asleep they could study him like this.
My theory.
Clover was down there the whole time. While investigating him they found Kishin's remains. They used it to keep him in check but then someone who was part of Tag or that was told by Ganu, stole the pod that controlled Clover and was evacuated by the chopper( the man in the chopper that had the briefcase chained to his wrist). Then Clover decided to follow the pod and the chopper to its destination. NYC. Clover then proceeded to destroy everything in search of the POD which it probably never found.

I think we're takin Kishin too literally. I think it's more intended to be a vague interpretation of the real events. And I really doubt that anything or anyone is remotely controlling Clover.

That very well could be, and I'd have to take your word for it (I know nothing about scripting PHP).
just to clarify, we can't see the php code. We see the output of the php code, which is html. I am referring to that output, which is a very simple form. We can see that by selecting 'view source' in the browser.
In fact, the password is not even encrypted - and doesn't show up as ******.

More about the Login I agree with the previous comments on the fakeness of the login, just looking at the source for the page makes it suspiscious how little code there is.
[Edit: Noticed the index.php thing]
Here's the Source, since I haven't seen it posted yet.
Code:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">

<br />
<input type="submit" name="Submit" value="Submit" />

</form>

Just a thought

So by the sounds of that we're all barking up the wrong tree and there is no correct password to find?
So, still assuming the site is in-game, I guess the question is who'd do that and why? If it's someone trying to throw Alyse off the trail or something, why is there any actual material on the site at all?

I haven't been involved long, but I think they set it up just so we could find the 'access' portion and didn't want to bother us with an infinite amount of possible passwords. That's what I've gathered from reading through this whole thread today.

If that is the case, it's kind of a blow to the verisimilitude, don't you think? I mean, surely it wouldn't have been that hard to set a password up, and if they had, we would have got it sooner or later. Quite possibly sooner.

Almost 2 days in and we still have no clue what the User or Pass is, if we were meant to find it, we surely would have.
But, they might set it up later and are just waiting to release the next portion along with a hint in the passwords, we should keep an eye on /access too, it might be updated.
