Are you guys sure about Darwin. That looks like a color photo. I was thinking of one of the Islamic religious leaders.

I was wondering about Darwin, if Calawyn is right (which seems to be a good theory) then what would Darwin have to do with Rowling? I think we should re visit that one just to be certain.

Wow. It's funny having been in IRC during this and then coming here. It would have been pretty hectic having us all in one place, but we figured out the same stuff around the same time.

And Fish, I actually guessed Randy Quaid as well! So you are not alone! I just couldn't find a picture to match up so I let it slide.

well being in chat and having no one quote a place where this was being recorded, I made a wiki page listing the findings and the connections.

Seems nighthawk's list matches up, so we're good =P
two more still missing

After much research... it is not Ed O'Neil. Damn, he looks just like him though. For some reason I have a "feeling" he is some sort of IT guy...

Actually, that's not Bermuda; that's definitely Cuba. Two of the points of the Bermuda Triangle - Puerto Rico and the island of Bermuda - aren't even visible on the image.

There seems to be an image of a fault zone right under cuba. The picture might be referring to that rather than Cuba as a whole.

Great wall of China...Loch Ness...Egyptian Sphinx...Cuba?

It never hurts to be more specific. I believe the picture may be referring to Cayman Trough.

" it is a complex transform fault zone which contains a small spreading ridge on the floor of the western Caribbean Sea between Jamaica and the Cayman Islands."

The map is centered on the middle of the island of Cuba. I can't interpret it any other way.

Well, that's true. Wink Cuba it is, then.

Any leads on #1 and #14? I searched though most oblique pictures of memorials and graveyards - no match.

If we're going by the hunch that there's a connection between the people on the top and bottommost rows, that could be a possibility. Something to do with Pamela Anderson....that's a hard one.

I have Googled everything I could think of looking for the first guy. For some reason I am thinking political talk show host or some kind of tv news show or something? Seems like a tv personality.
