OK, I just Got in from Being away all day. I see there are about 20 new pages of posts spread out ofver a couple of threads, so before I start to wade through it all did anything important happen other than :

A) A scavenger hunt starts in about 30 minutes

B) This game IS somehow linked to 48HIP? (Do I need to read up on that? Anything That I really need to know?)

RE: B that's a big no...some of us are familiar with the PMs and the TM due to 48HIP but other than that little to no connection.

One thing I find necessary to point out: it has been pointed out to me that, if we ever fail at *any* of the tasks placed on us by Doc, he *will* kill her.

so now that we know for sure that "Doc" is actually "Bones", can some of the Old skoolers from 48HIP give me a quick refresher on him.. I mean, I remember the whole puzzle peice bit and how he was put into the room to face his fears and whatnot, but I mean the more personal side of him....

Like.... what was he like.. was he married.. had children... what came of his "sessions"... etc....

BTW: Don't know if it's been mentioned, but the main pic on HTH.com has been updated.

He's using some serious chains to hold her down...

Luns, this is most of what we know about Doc/Mark/Bones. http://blip.tv/file/460799 Jagt said they all left their minds behind in the purgatorium. Here's a video clip I found on my computer yesterday:

Now may be the time to consider how to best approach Doc in the event we are unable to complete the list to his full satisfaction. While we still have time to organize an alternative it might be useful to appoint a spokesperson(Esteed or Bazyl?) and to draft a concise statement of our own intentions.

Our spokesperson can either PM Doc or post our position on the "And So We Go" thread.

Our best option may be to state unanimously in our message that we ethically refuse to watch an electrocution or any other form of torture on either his live or replay feeds. Should Doc not consider our sincerity 24 hours of hard work a success and choose to execute BEX we will immediately abandon The Hall of Judges and his ancillary sites.

Doc should be informed that our representative will remain online with him and inform us of Doc's decision via a twitter message. When Doc confirms that BEX is still alive we will return to the experiment under his existing parameters.

This may be a better option than pleading for BEX's life which would probably fall deaf on his psycho brain. Anyway, that's my only sleep-deprived plan at this point in time.

Sorry I haven't been around to help, but my internet connection here at home has been down since yesterday evening. But, I did manage to get it working again... Smile

I'm not going to go through pages to see if it's been mentioned, but I doubt it because it all looks new.

As of 4:31AM EST 05.04.08 these are the current updates:

The forum is shut off and it says `` Never test the waters with an open wound. ``

`` xxx `` is the text on the mian page and a picture of a dead BEX. The image is `` sadnessgobyebye.jpg `` and the title is `` Hurts to Heal - A Dead Psych Experiment ``

Looks like we failed.

not exactly....

for a full and complete answer please see the Scavenger hunt thread until others better at explaining get on .

basic synopsis: we waited 2 hours then doc posted that he got an anon email at 2pm est with all the correct answers, but never saw us post all of them as we couldn't figure out where the cemetery was exactly. he gave us a 1/2 hr more to find it. then he showed us the email, then edited it quickly to hide the location, but someone saw boston. so we started the search while on main board on the h2h sit ppl were asking the DOC more specific questions and asking why or if it would be excepted ect. He was pushed to the point of telling us the answer and in that then closed the site as well. a few minutes late he posted that pic.

...and yes that is the short version Smile

if you want to know where the cemetery was and haven't been to the other thread here it is:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Spalding Cemetery, Boston, UK

Cheers~ Amber

Hopefully we'll see the game back up in a couple of days Smile If not been wonderful playing

Omg I'm such a fricking idiot...

[META]I was talking w/ someone last night in IRC (not hth channel though) who practically HELPED ME/US WITH THE ANSWER!!

He was asking me all sorts of questions RE: HTH in an OOG manner, whether or not it was 'one of those internet games' etc and asked where I was from and then told me he was in the "Lincolnshire" area.

Now this could either have been one MAJOR coincidence, OR a hint hoping I'd check it out through sheer boredom/curiosity. I'm not giving their name INCASE it reveals the PM etc but yeah I just wanted to say that Embarassed[/META]

Edit: Oh and btw... 48HiP did this a couple of times w/ ICON shutting the board down and then it re-opening - IG. So I wouldn't take this as the PM having a bitchfit OOG.
