maybe not... at least, maybe not on the USGX site... but like i said, seeing as the number on the sword sticker had significance, i'm thinking that the number on the yellow sticker must as well... unless it was a diversion? who knows. these guys are clever. but not as clever as us, it would seem Twisted Evil

 		Yep. Like I said earlier, this all was added for the DVD release.. thus the need to have one to crack the password. There would have been no way to figure out the password without a DVD..
Since there is no script written and no deal signed for a sequel, there can be no budget to promote it so no reason to continuing this game for now.. There may be a couple of loose ends still to tie up, but I am pretty sure that for now, the story is on hold pending a deal for a sequel. I have yet to see a game evolve based on no story or budget to pay those who create them.
Has been fun so far tho.. We'll see..

 		Yup, just like Melodyman said, dont be suprised if theres a long drought...simalar to that in september/october. But this one could last longer...possibly into July...Ill be seeing you guys though...i cant leave now.

Everytime there's a clue some guy comes and says the ARG is dead, so that's nothing new dude.

I see what your sayin Melody, but when you think about it, i dont see a reason to put the story on hold at all. The ARG is completely different from the movie, seeing as how they didnt tie in hardly ANY of what was going on online with the movie itself, other than the odd easter egg here n there, so I dont see a reason for them to stop the game itself at all. Even putting it on hold would be dumb right now, especially since they just started it back up again. I think what they might be doing right now, is getting a feel for how many of us are left and still playing along with the game, so that they can determine whether or not it would be worthwhile to continue the story in another film. From what i can tell, the second that something new came about with the ARG, everyone started coming out of the woodwork to come back and play the game again. So shutting it down would be kinda stupid in my opinion. People would get kinda bitter at JJ n friends for just throwing us out a tiny little snack, and then starving us for another 2 or 3 months before they give us anything else to chew on. Who knows though, its just my opinion..

What if there are multiple passwords n usernames to the site? Is that even possible, that for each different user name you enter in, it would take you to a different part of the website, and have different materials in it for us to find?

 		BTW, can someone else go to 1-18-08.com and check the site out? im having troubles when i go there. I keep on refreshing the website, but all the pictures come up blank. I know its not my pc, cuz everything else is working just fine. Could someone check it out for me and let me know if its working or not please?

 		Yeah sorry about the multiposts, lol. Sometimes i cant help it when i got too much crap to say, so its like a Turret's syndrome reaction, or a nervous tick-whatever u wanna call it -- i just keep on posting. So sorry for that. But while im typin, heres another question. I think it was Hunter last night who made a post on a different thread, basically saying that there are 14 Easter Eggs on the Cloverfield Dvd. Is this true?? if it is, someone needs to share that info with me, cuz ive been lookin on the dvd all morning tryin to check everything out to see if i missed something on there, but to no avail, ive only been able to find the 3 or was it 4, that everyone knows about already. Is he right? is there really 14 freakin Easter Eggs???

That seems unlikely, considering there's just the one "access" page.

Also, 1-18-08.com is workin' fine my end.
