cloverfield dvd
question

so i just opened my cloverfield dvd and i have a uestion. is the front of the disc supposed to be scratched like that? or do i have to go and return it

If you can see shiny it's fine, put it up to a light if you're ever unsure, if you can see pure light through it or tiny holes then it's busted.

If the label side looks scratchy, that's how they designed it.
If the read side looks scratchy, you've got a bad disc.
If the label side has scratches that show through to the read side without backlighting it, you've got a bad disc.

The label is supposed to look 'distressed'.
