I think I'm going to ask the admins if we can organize an effort to make Rick Rolling punishable by forwarding all spam we receive to the email address of the offender, taping Wayfarer sunglasses to the offender's head, and gluing on a permed 'up do' wig to top it off.

Then I'm going to petition the Pope to make Rick Rolling a cardinal sin.

I'm sure most Rick Rollers have already been told to go to hell a few times anyway.
