I was just thinking about this, and it makes no sense to me. According to Bobbie's journal, a body was found that was thought to be Kronos until Bobbie went to identify him in the morgue. Also, Shagaa (the medicine man) sent word to Bobbie that he "saw" Kronos being held by someone and that he was ok for the moment. I figure it's VG that has him, although that's just spec. What I don't get is why, if they thought they killed him, would they have looked for him to capture him? Does anyone think there could be another group involved? The only reason I thought of this was the fact that VG is after the necklace and could possibly think they killed Kronos, but the Oracle said that there was a group that was protecting the necklace and keeping it from being found. Could they be the ones who have Kronos to protect him and the necklace?

Aside from that thought of the day...lol....no updates that I could find.

for today at least
Nothing new to report here, either. I started lookin at the original clues from the Oracle again and thought about a couple things. The two names mentioned (in riddle) by the Oracle are Plataea and Salamis. Those are the two names that Bobbie has mentioned in her dreams (nightmares). When I asked the Oracle about the necklace, I got this response:

The quest is not only to find the artefact, but also to find the one to whom it rightfully belongs. Two names I see: Gorgo and Plataea. Salamis knows the rightful owner.

This I know.


So it seems (as we already speculated) that the necklace belonged to Gorgo and belongs/relates to Plataea somehow. Although Salamis is a place where a famous battle occurred, the Oracle says Salamis knows the answer, and one of Bobbie's journal entries says she feels Salamis may be a person, not a place. So I think we need to find out who this Salamis is as he/she knows the rightful owner.

Side note - It seems like Bobbie is channeling something in her dreams or being used as a vessel to receive some kind of messages. I sure hope so!

Anyway, nothing else of consequence today, but I still have a couple emails outstanding, and there's always tomorrow.

 		That's a good thought--that Salamis may be a person. I never really considered that.

And yeah, I totally get the Bobbie's collective memory/spiritual connection vibe. It seems like it got worse after Shagaa did his medicine man routine on her, too.

Maybe we can channel Salamis through Bobbie... Shocked lol

So - it seems we were right, but need to see if he appears soon.

 		Glancing through this thread Missouri and University of Missouri - Columbia caught my attention. I'm in St. Louis, MO and am a 45 minute drive from Mizzou. (In fact, one of my nieces is graduating from there in a couple weeks.)

If I have time I'll slog through the websites (30 pages in LiveJournal???).

Hopefully it won't take too long to catch up evne though I'm getting in here late.

 		That's the direction I was leaning in. Obviously not sure, but that's what I thought as well.

On another note, I haven't heard from Fee since Tuesday night, which is unusual because we either talk on AIM or email each other every day. She told me that either Sunday or Monday night she thought she heard someone outside, but looked around and didn't see anything. She thought it was just her nerves....I just hope she was right.
