 		Just another one of my ideas to throw against the wall, but could it be that the smaller lists (important and horrible & bring you somewhere special) could be keys to decoding the respective previous lists.

The "reveals" list could decode "figure out what to do with it", and "part of a puzzle that will bring you somewhere special" could decode "it will take you somewhere special."

agreed.

i originally thought he was leaving out the present / regular players in order to encourage the newer / less regular players into the story, but it looks like he deliberately emailed the more regular players last.

two things:

1) the key to a puzzle is normally given later than the clue, to make sure all of the pieces are in place first.

2) quite a few of the regular players were emailed late, and if point 1 is true in this case, it looks like the key(s) has/have been given to regular players in order to make sure it gets mentioned.

what does everyone think?
