Eh, there's really not enough information to go on to say one way or the other. One of the following things happened immediately after the explosion.

1) She stayed in the apartment, still passed out
2) She left the apartment when everyone else did

Since we don't know the fate of the apartment, we can't say whether she died there or not. She may have even left much later before the apartment was destroyed (IF the apartment was destroyed). So there's one piece of information missing.

Even if we assume she left when everyone else did, her fate is undetermined. She may have been on the bridge when it fell, she may have been attacked by parasites, or she may have been killed by Clover. We simply cannot say, and so like Rob and Beth and Lil her ultimate fate cannot be deduced with the information we've been given.

Now, that said, my useless opinion is that the apartment is still standing. Clover seems to be where our heroes are, so one could assume that he never makes it back to that part of town. With that, I would imagine that Jamie either wakes up and evacuates after the initial rush or she stays asleep and misses the whole deal. This of course assumes the apartment isn't hit in hammerdown.

all very good options... but i still wonder if the things in the film that drive us nuts, are just meant to be nods to the fans of the ARG. I.E: jamie appearing for all of two seconds, the thing falling from the sky...
