The new Guardian is here. You must have completed the challenge in order for it to be unlocked for you. Additionally, if you didn't complete the challenge, the alternate challenge is the challenge proposed to the other team.

I have to tell you, the challenge for Team Legacy is pretty hard. You try finding 'Maniacal' in a newspaper or magazine.

Yeah, I crapped out over the weekend due to some personal issues in RL. I opted to work on that stuff rather than the challenge. That's what I get for procrastinating. Good luck to everyone on the guardian! I hope to have all of the Team DeVine stuff gathered within two or three days.

Yes, Maniacal does seem kind of hard to find in a newspaper. Maybe you could use an archived newspaper that you can find online. It doesn't say "original".

I found Maniacal in a film article describing the Mom from the rock opera "Tommy". My excitement at finding it weeks ago is now lost due to not actually finishing the task anyway. Lame sauce.

Wow, the official forum is really dead now. The new guardian has been revealed and no one is posting answers. I guess that I'll be the first.

I know I'm not since I haven't finished the alternate yet (I just need that dang rabbit's foot!) but as soon as I'm there I'll post. I guess everyone else is just hoarding info as usual. Plus, a lo of people from the game have disappeared so I don't know how many of us are actually left, let alone on the guardian.

I've only made it to 3 questions. At this rate, unless I get som questions that I know, it will take me until Sat before I pass the Guardian.

And I still can't figure out the anagram on Brad Rifkin. It's killing me.

Contract 3 Test

I only made it to the 2nd question and was out of time. Even though I have references up and ready on my computer (wiki), and am familiar with it, it still isn't enough time to look up an answer. Have to wait another 24 hours now to try again.

As far as the anagram goes, there are so many combinations of words that it can be it seems impossible. I sent in approx 10 already, but never heard back so I am assuming they are not correct.

I'm not one to send in a bunch of guesses. There's generally only one anagram that really makes any sense. The difference is in the placement.

Here is my list of 41 letters. Is yours different?

NTEHEEN
MOETOFT
OYESNLHOOVONOINENEPLFDCTESC

Well, all my guesses made sense to me and could be applied to the game, although some didn't use ALL the letters. Also, alot of the puzzle answers don't make sense to me anyway, and sometimes I get a clue back.

The letters are the same - I checked it letter for letter, so we are right on with that anyway.

Edited: Since there are 8285 words in those letters, this is going to be a tough task.

I should be submitting my challenge tonight so hopefully I'll get access to the guardian soon so I can help out!

I failed again. I didn't get any further past what you have already done.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

In a Novel approach, how many monitors were behind Mister Willson? 3

How old is Catherine whier? 31

How many green apples on the counter in the video Novel Approach? 4 I think (they look red to me).
