I'd like to see a news report turn up of someone finding Alsye Hanssen dead, preferably a mysterious death, like a gas explosion. Curiosity killed the cat. Game over, no happy ending.

In all honesty, i guess im the kinda guy who loves the Non-Happy Ending. Well, i guess "happy ending" is in the eye of the beholder, because my idea of a happy ending for this movie would be for Clovey to just smash everything to hell and take over New York, and eventually, the world. Which would set everything up for a subsequent "BEAST WARS" kinda deal, which would be freakin AWESOME in my book. Rob shoulda got munched on. Beth shoulda got her clothes ripped off by a parasite, then munched on by Clovey. Lily should have been batted outta the sky by Clovey just like rob hud n beth were, only left alive, so she could provide the Rub-n-Tug that SandmJuggalos ever so intelligently suggested,(on WHO, i dont know, cuz everyone would be dead, but keeping her around for that purpose could come in "handy", as it were, should a survivor come to surface. You never know, a man who has looked death straight in the eye and survived could probably use a freakin palmjob, lmfao) lol. Hud shoulda been spared so he could do the dry commentary on Beast Wars, kinda like Celebrity Death Match style, adding his own personal brand of dry humor to all the mayhem and destruction. Seeing Clovey take on every humungous movie monster ever to exsist would be freakin cool man. Make it happen JJ...

I would have like to seen, on January 17th at 11:00pm, when everyone was getting ready to see Cloverfield, a new video popped up on JamieAndTeddy where Jamie was wasted off her face, had come upstairs and explained she passed out on the couch. And during the video she turns the TV on, and we hear the woman explaining about the capsized tanker, and then she grabs the camera and we watch the TV, and you see a reporter in a helicopter above Liberty, and hes talking about the earthquake when you see an arm come up out of the water and lean on Liberty and break her head off, then you hear an almighty roar and then the arm goes back into the ocean again, and the camera pans around the ocean looking at this dark shape below the surface, then the camera pans back to the reporter and you see this fast moving hand comes behind the chopter and throw it into the ocean. Then they lose control and you see Jamie go "Oh my god...." and turn off the camera, like shes running downstairs..

That would have been SWEEET!!!!

I can without a doubt say I'd like to see a good fairly well defined break point to act as an ending for this 'chapter' of the viral campaign for the Cloverfield universe. If there is going to be a sequel, and I do believe that's what Abrams desires and intends, I'd like to see something of a truly new chapter that will largely let the matters of our past main characters (the Slusho 7) become static history, even if all of that history is not disclosed as yet. I'd also like to see the PMs have a nice chat with us, as they have been so well and carefully hidden from us. I would accept restrictions to answering only what is in our past experience, like the viral up to this point and the film itself.

Yeah, at this point it does kind of feel like we've got Mikey standing in the corner while Heather gets whacked over the head. All build, no closure and more ambiguity than you can shake a HUD at.

First of, the way you speak in pass tense it sounds like you think the ARG is over. Secondly Clover is not dead J.J said he was because he wants people who dont know about the ARG to be surprised when they see Clover in a part 2, because we all know Clover is not dead if he is than why the hell put the "Its still alive" audio after the credits.


But this is how i would like it to end:
Clover takes over the world and becomes the supreme overlord necromancer and his moma comes over a bakes him cookies and goes to his baseball games and his sister always gives him a hard time but deep down she loves him to death and he takes out the girl of his dreams to the prom and he wins prom king and he marries his high school sweet heart and they have hundreds of baby clovers and clovers body is burned in a freak accident and he gets a new robot body and becomes evil and mad because he was told by military that he killed the love of his life and he killed his mother when she gave birth to him so he becomes darth clover and his oldest son luke clover does the bang bang with his own sister and gets his hand bit off and darth clover tells luke clover "luke clover i am your father" and luke clover says "NOOOOOOO"
and luke clover gets him a new robot hand and returns to kill darth clover but darth clover understands that he didnt kill his wife or his mother...it wasnt his fault the military lied to him so he helps luke clover kill the military so its luke clover and darth clover side by side killin stuff after the battle of 14 hours and 14 minutes they have won but darth clover was badly injured beyond repair so he dies and goes to heaven and luke clover is happy his father finally figured out who his real friends were...at the cost of his life...and that is how i would like the ARG to end
