A few new red dots?

I've never been very good at identifying the locations of the red dots on the omphaputer, but I'm pretty sure I just counted three different ones (maybe more), because I saw them at the same time.

With only Qazvin pending right now, it could be because the others need to be identified and retrieved first.. we've seen that before.

Someone want to confirm the extra dots and maybe try and ID them?

Actually, I believe to have even seen three additional red dots (three days ago). What makes me distrust my own observation is that two of them appear to be or be close to already recovered artifact locations - one somwhere in southern Scandinavia, the other one looking like Hamburg, and a third one on one of the very eastern islands if Indonesia - oh, where did that Volcano in 1815 erupt again?

Hello Passer-by! Very Happy

Under an 1815 Volcano Eruption, Remains of a 'Lost Kingdom'
By JOHN NOBLE WILFORD
Published: February 28, 2006

One of history's most violent volcanic eruptions blasted the island of Sumbawa in the East Indies in 1815. The sulfurous gases and fiery ashes from Mount Tambora cast a pall over the entire world, causing the global cooling of 1816, known as the "year without a summer."

Well, looking *right now* I see one in France, one in Bangladesh, one in Vietnam, one in the northwest USA.

Yes, they are red.

Then I reload and now get southeast Indonesia again (or maybe Guinea already), France, norhtern India, northwest US coast, west Canada or Greenland ...

I reload again and now it's China (around Beijing), that northwest US coast again, all three in Europe.

A bit too much, uh? And South America or Africa never show up ...

I call that "pink" not red. So it should be normal as far as i can tell.

That would be a plausible explanation.

My apologies, then! I thought it was strange, but my small LCD is running such a native resolution, I really looked like red to me. I can't look again, because right now there is no globe anymore, only the command line.

Never mind, it's either my browser or my security settings ... With IE the globe's there again. (Maybe they just did an update?) You're right. They still look red but paler red than that red one in Iran ...
I'll just stop posting. My apologies!
