In case anyone was wondering about those upside down triangles on the bag, if you flip it over and use the same code you used to figure out the 3 cities, you will get ONSTGCARSKN, which when rearranged spell SNACK STRONG. So much for a relevent clue...
Seems like my doubts were valid
good call myst...looks like the packaging wasn't relevant. or if it is we haven't/wont need it yet.

I don't see any newer posts about people having issues technically, so I hope this isn't a trout. I go to the doritosquest page and get nothing, just a blank screen.ugh.
n/m figured it out

Thanks a lot for the heads up...I was working on this myself.
Any idea what the colored triangles on back mean? I think there's a definite order to them that carries across the 3 bags. They're in order in the PDF from the site. If you look at the color and direction of them, you can clearly see a pattern and order. Can't seem to figure out the meaning yet though...I'm thinking they might be some kind of key to translate one of the final puzzles?
Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

I STILL can't login or reset my password! Anyone with this problem have any success yet? I sent an email back to the address the nonfunctioning temporary passwords come from last week but haven't heard back.
Should I just make a new account and start over?

Well isn't this a pleasant surprise. I stopped checking the counter and, for some reason, remembered that last week was when CH2 kicked off. Anyway, I guess I haven't fallen behind. See you tomorrow night!

I hope that the site is ready to accommodate more players that we had last time. If we have to do puzzles over and over, just because the next page isn't loading, and it affects our standings, I expect their will be some pretty restless villagers.

chapter 2 speed and chips and mountaindew I had no problem with having to repeat any puzzles in Chapter 1 or slow to load.
Purchased the Quest Doritos yesterday and can't really nail down the unique flavor....Maybe the moldy aftertaste of straight tequila and lime. Not thinking I shall purchase any in the future . Wish I hadn't bought the family size bag but that was all they had.
Also tried my first Mountain Dew. That's the first and last also, lol.
See you all Sunday night.

Blah... yeah ok. I'll probably do that tomorrow. I just think its really lame of them to have a broken password reset system and not respond to my email or acknowledge it anywhere. I'd rather get an email that says sorry our login is broken and you have to start over than endless invalid temporary passwords!
Also, as my sig now says... you can call me Belle

Did anyone ever set up an IRC channel for this, or is it even worth it?

3 chapter with a "final" chapter from what we can tell. the rankings only matter for the final puzzle. but we need to get at least 2 people from this group into the final competition and get ARGs/trailheads more mainstream for companies like this, stop making SHITTY commercials and do more of this stuff!! hell of a lot more fun.
SO PAY ATTENTION DORITOS PM / MODERATORS MONITORING THE SITE!!
