 		Another Red Symbol
I noticed several users on the RevenantOnes forum had a portion of a red kanji character as their avatar.



So I pieced them together and made this partial symbol.



I was able to identify it as SHIN / ma (眞) ( http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E7%9C%9E ), the symbol for true, genuine, real or right.



Here are the two missing avatars (as drawn, badly, by me in MS Paint).

 		Well HBO caught on so I'll spill the beans...

I managed to register this morning, and was able to post on the forums as well, they have since deleted my posts, and my account. I attempted to reregister as the page was still available but now it says this:

"Your account has been created. However, this board requires account activation by the administrator group. An e-mail has been sent to them and you will be informed when your account has been activated."

I actually saw your post there. I immediately assumed I had missed a major breakthrough - but then it was gone...

Fantastic move!

The "players" here have certainly kept the people behind this campaign hopping - and to their credit - they appear to be working rather hard to stay on top of it.

ha, it's nice to feel important Razz ... but really all i'm doing is cataloging other people's finds (for the most part) so keep up the good work guys!

You're so tired you sound drunk Soda, lol. You seriously need to get some sleep dude.

Soda was the only one I told about the search page, so either she's (Sorry!) a super good actor or there's no way she told them. It's probably google analytics fault, which keeps track of which pages are visited on a web site.

well. Looks like I missed most of the action, as I just stumbled upon this today.

Firefox users might use adblock plus or such to get google analytics blocked. Might come in handy, if they really use ga for tracking.

I have ABP and that's a good point, however, this IS a commercial endeavor for them so why rob them of knowing how they're doing? Although that is excellent advice if in the future I find something I shouldn't, let me keep my hand in the cookie jar a little longer Wink

Actually on second thought, that can't be how they found it, I have GA on my blog and it takes at least 24 hours to update, and they blocked the search page within about 2-3 hours of me finding it. They probably have a domain based stats, or again, soda's a mole Twisted Evil

I'll try tonight so I don't get scooped again Wink , unfortunately the time difference is inconvenient. Gatekeeper on from 3am to 6am here. Isn't a problem on weekends, but I've gotta go to work in the morning (where unfiction and blospot are blocked Crying or Very sad).

Wow, I just noticed you're from Italy, that's really cool.

I don't think the Gatekeeper is coming back as the timer is no longer counting down. This is what I think is going to happen:

Tonight and possibly tomorrow they're going to keep adding posts to the Forum, to keep us looking for clues, then they're going to leak the password to the Elders forum and we'll scan that for clues to something. Possibly another site.

This is very loosely based on inferences I made from some of the stuff I dug up, it's mostly intuition talking though.

Update: Some of the posts I found with the search function are post-dated for the future, just found one dated May 29th. This is all automated... and I forget who, but someone on IRC said "this is all beginning to feel a bit spoonfed" and I agree. Like the access to the site, it feels like the gatekeeper was there just to entertain/delay us and there was no real purpose to it.

Update 2: Samson, one of the most prolific posters, has a post dated June 7th Does this mean there's nothing to find until then????!?! We certainly won't be able to join up while they're still Auto-Posting
