Well, I've been looking for an ARG to play a few times in the past, but I always was to late to be in from the beginning. Looks like I was lucky this time!

Now I just signed up - and I'm going to be with the light side, of course Wink.

I'm a beacon of light and I got the "Out of the Blue" picture as well. (after I sent in the answer to to last picture)
So, I don't know if it was a mix up, or purposefully done....

@Tongue Tied

I was thinking that maybe you should respond to this email as well. Mentionning what we know so far. The only information we don't have yet is the exact place for the X (wich seems to be either a quarry of somekind or a plant...waitress was amybe thinking an asphalt plant) and what are the dates stand for.(I was maybe thiking for that the age(32) of someone who died at this X spot probably from a plane crash like so many have suggested).

But it could also be better to wait to have fitted all this puzzle together. Not sure on this one. Just throwing the suggestion out there.

ok, I have been without internets Shocked So I am jumping in for a few seconds here:

FWIW

"chiaro oscuros" could be loosly translated as Clearly dark.

Chiaro = clearly in Italian
Oscuros = dark in Spanish

But in Brazillian Portuguese.....

Chiaro = creak, fizzle, hiss, screech, shriek, sizzle, squeak
Oscuros = kiss, osculate

Maybe sizzling or hot kiss? Laughing

Chiaroscuro is, in art, the contrast between light and dark-- Chia being light, Oscuro being dark.
In music, it's used to describe a dark sound and a light, happy sound.

Location of X

Makyla has been studying the maps non-stop and is quite certain that this is the location of X. We don't really know what that is in the image though. A piece of dead equipment? A a small building? A water tank?

I have read that these mountains, besides being the location of the TVA's windmills, are the stomping grounds of a rather large but private off road vehicle club that uses these roads for running amok! lol

Okay this may seem off the wall but...

Perhaps her name is Grace. She killed the guy by pushing him off the tower. She buried him at that location.

I dunno... the email was titled Fallen from Grace right?

Confused

The fallen from Grace could also be a play on the whole Lucifer angle. He was once an Angel who "Fell from Grace" - Now is it the one dude or the chick who's supposed to be the leader of the Umbrati? Because I am assuming both leaders were possibly closer in past tense and now have gone their seperate Yin-Yang ways.

Using X-2 as reference: It's hard to tell because of the resolution, but... The black sorta triangle at the back is probably a top loader for gravel or similar, except it seems oriented backwards for that. Ash dump? The main tank is too big for water. I think the white dot on the right is about the right size for a water tank, but doesn't seem elevated enough. Dunno I'm guessing the main tank is oil or something, so asphalt plant (seems too small), or more probably a road repair supply dump, is looking good to me. More to the point?, looks like a good place to stash a body. Smile

Could be a place remote enough to bury something for someone nearby to retrieve...
