Sorry for a triple post, but new information.

A google search for "Dan deHavilland" has given me results for a poet and for a few other pages. One of the things are a Flickr account with these images: http://www.flickr.com/photos/oniony/

The images were posted as far back as 2005 and 2006, so they don't have any significance to this as it seems. But it seems to at least put a face to the name.

Here's also his MySpace: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=205805421

There's a few other community sites he's a part of. From what I see, he's not too active, just a member that sits there. Here's the Google result page: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22Dan+deHavilland%22&btnG=Google+Search

It doesn't seen like Dan has anything in this so far except that he created the site. He's 24 years old, 25 this August. But all of his stuff goes so far back, I doubt any of it will tie in. Clearly there'll need to be more read into it to make sure whether or not that'll work.

It seems also our boy Jorg has a Digg account and has submitted this ARG twice under videos. But he also put a comment for this on someone's story about the Sun swallowing up the Earth: http://digg.com/space/The_end_is_near_8?t=15296847#c15296847

So I think we now know where to start.

The user that created the story Jorg commented on seems to be pretty clean. We'll need to read more into him to make sure there's nothing else there.

This is going to be extremely interesting. I'm going to read more into these calculations for the Sun swallowing up the Earth. Hopefully that'll result in something highly useful.

EDIT: It seems our man Cosmikdebris is pretty active on Digg and has his own website here: http://www.cosmikdebris.com/index.html

He seems to live in New York with his server in Toronto. The New York connection and how Jorg comment on his story directly seems a lil' fishy...I'm a bit curious and considering calling him here in a few hours.

Cool!
Fell down the hole with the rest of y'all too Smile May or may not participate....I tend not to go for viral ARGs, particularly if they're based in the UK (not because I don't like you Brits, i just don't feel a connection if I will never get a chance to see the movie).

Can anyone else actually help me shift through this information?

There's about 15 of you waiting for it to start doing stuff but there's clearly a ton more information to dig up here. More research to be done.

LMAO Sorry but that made me laugh, Alice... What makes you think that if the movie's made in the UK you wont get to see it out there?

Those are just a few of the very many British films which were made and have been released in the United States with huge advertising. Now you may not have seen nor heard of either or all of those but you would be able to watch them if you went to your local rental store lol.

Who says? lol... From everything I'm gathering here it's a lot of work being put into the intial rabbit hole itself. Nothing is showing that there's more to find; perhaps there is but I'm sticking w/ the - waiting for the next email - theory.

Well clearly Jorg's comment on Digg to the story for the Sun swallowing up the Earth is something to search into. The importance of the three numbers is still a mystery and perhaps that'll lead into it.

That could all be possible.

Then again this could have something to do w/ 21/12/2012 which is when the apparent end of days is supposed to happen.

Planet X and all that.

Could. But that's horribly far off I'd think. And we have no indication's what so ever of the number 12 anywhere with this. We have 11, that's the closest we have.

Heh. I see your point, even though I've never heard of most of those movies Razz It's just that most of the British movies I actually want to see never get publicized, and I can't find them at my local store (which sucks, though).

Not sure about the US but here in Russia we love British movies and TV series and D-L them all through peer networks Smile

So yeah I've seen al of those and more - masterpieces like Sharpe's rifles and the Lost Train...

Keep on rocking British folks, Russia loves you Wink

Good spotting up there, Fhajad. And I noticed you were the techy f.o.a.f. Fantastic to have you onboard - means I don't have to talk to you through July all the time now, heh.

Given the fact that I first found out about this on a thread for Roland Emmerich's 2012, which is supposedly about the Mayan calendar and the end of the world on the aforementioned date, it's possible, but unlikely, given that he tries to pass it off as an official website.

Doing a googlesearch on www.theendisnear.co.uk brings up some good results, by the way. Jorg's been a busy man. From the website TED, which has videos for renowned speakers and stuff, Mr. Tittel's posted on a thread about climate change speakers (see it here - http://www.ted.com/index.php/themes/view/id/23) -

Quote:
Jörg Tittel – May 15 2008
I do think that, perhaps, we outstayed our welcome on this planet... it is simply crazy that we've allowed our population to spin out of control... it is terrifying to think that only 50 years ago, we hadn't even reached 3 billion worldwide... now there are almost 7 billion of us.

Sam Pizzi: we do have to leave it up to others to change, and those "others" are everyone in the world combined. Sadly, humanity has only ever been moved by major catastrophy and a stupid Roland Emmerich film will not be enough to inspire the masses. I am sure that, eventually, nature will give the final wake up call.

www.theendisnear.co.uk

He even specifically mentions Roland Emmerich, which gives credence to the whole "It's the 2012 movie" thing.

Looks like he has a rottentomatoes account too, lol - http://www.aintitcool.com/talkback_display/35703...

www.theendisnear.co.uk And is it really gonna happen in 2012?

Might pay to look into this SenatorNado guy, whether he is or isn't Jorg. It's the same deal with ALARM.

In fact, according to the search I conducted, Tittel seems to seriously be connecting himself with the films 2012 and The Happening - see http://www.google.co.nz/search?hl=en&q=www.theendisnear.co.uk&start=10&sa=N and start looking through them. However, one of the more interesting connections is with this article - http://www.engadget.com/2008/05/21/uk-planning-to-monitor-and-record-every-phone-call-web-page-an/3 - on UK plans to be like Big Brother -

It's clear, it is happening, we've all been working on it:

http://www.theendisnear.co.uk

Expect movement soon, I'm guessing. He's spreading the seeds now, be he A:LA:RM, SenatorNado, Jorg Tittel or whoever. Anything past that precursory email would be nice, heheh.
