 		My guess is that you're supposed to tell them "Confirmed by order of TRI 9842" and "Linkage is still retired." As for "hear and understand"... encrypt another message with something to throw them off? "Your orders", something? Clearly SEN's only interfering with the contact messages they send you, not vice-versa.
