our best thought was the D.P. Statue as given in the Riddle... It isn't really a stone but should look like a stone wall. Maybe the Ball is meant? Should we try to look if it is in the ball? Maybe we can get somehow into the ball, so it could be hidden in the tube, the ball is on.

@Canzonett: But to you think they have build a statue with a keyrock, long before they planed the game??

Does anyone found a complete list of every statue in that park ?

Because i did a search in their athlete database and i've got 3 names that could also be "D. P." :
Davis, Pauline Elaine
Dimas, Pyrros
Pietri, Dorando

But i don't know if they have a statue there.

This is a site i found with the Statues. Don't know if it's complete

EDIT: as lehall reminded me that there were pictures from the SF-Pickup with a fake rock, i sent him the flickr-link. hope he find it now with the new knowledge. i think now he can concentrate only on the Petrovic Statue.

Ok,

so went back to DP and found nothing. I looked
carefully at the statue, all the possible small places
to hide something, to all small stones on the small
path around the statue and at the very short cut grass
all around. There is nothing looking like what you
describe or was on the picture in,on or in a 10 meters
radius around the statue... or I'm a very bad treasure
hunter.

I forgot to say that I haven't been using MSN for a
long time and right now I don't manage to connect (I
totally forgot it was on my profile page). Also, I
don't know when I'll be able to return to the spot. I
have meetings outside of Lausanne this coming days and
I'm flying out from friday for a week... so before 10th
june could be difficult. But I could post a message in
the local group, probably someone could pass by
again.

Sorry for that,
EnjoY!

as of 4:23pm EDT, the Omphaputer has updated and listed Lausanne as RECOVERED

QAZVIN gives RECOVERED next to the Lausanne direction.

So, who's got it?

Could be.

Whether a note will be left behind again this time, or we'll have to contact TheO to find out what happened to it is yet to be seen...

So then the question is:

was chapter 25 the Lausanne chapter (meaning we wasted the time of a nice stranger, but at least they were good about it), taken by TheO before we could get it, or...

are the Lausanne and Bengaluru chapters 26 and 27, meaning we still have to get the Lausanne artifact somehow if we're going to have a complete set?

Hmmm. dunno. Maybe chp. 25 needs it's own thread, to avoid muddle if chapter something else turns up in Switzerland.

Why does it need to be build into a statue? Remember the San Francisco artifact?

Sry, as I posted this, I haven't known about the San Francisco artifact. But by know I already got the Flickr-Link and sent it my contact. But it looks like the Lausanne-Artifact was the one from James, isn't it?

I also send a message to my Bangaluru-contact and hope he reply soon... he hasn't messaged me the last days, so I thought I remind him a bit Wink

Please be sure that the Bengaluru artifact shouldn't be in a fake stone but in an envelope like this.
