This looks IG, but I hesitated because of how surreal it looks.

The 'links' don't actually go anywhere, so I suspect they're disguised messages. The 'downloads' may also be significant.

EDIT: Okay, I think the links may be some sort of 'placeholder' addresses that are meant to be obviously fake. Also, found this:

Sorry Twiler this is OOG. It was mentioned earlier in this thread but the site was registered in May of 2006 according to the whois.

 		Crypt page has been updated to show that we will have a choice of two different versions to download (just different in how you install them). I'd say this is a good sign that we'll get the software soon.

I'd say that UNK stands for unknown. since whoever this person is they are unknown to the BG network. Chris does ask how she got in the private network, so i guess she hacked in.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

The file seek.enf can be decoded by use of the program, and it displays an image with the Lightbringer script. Using the key from the other thread, the top deciphers to SEEK OUT THE LIGHT.

Unfortunately, I can't make out what the bottom is, though I believe it's a series of numbers. I'll leave that to someone who's better at this stuff, though.
