Aladygma is a stupid online game. Not a movie or video game that's coming out and it's not Cloverfield 2. Go to youtube.com/watch?v=0Bn67PHPtVO Click the more info box and it's translated to English. It's two fat German guy's making shit up as they go along. I'm pissed I wasted my time with this!

You're totally at the wrong site if you think people here don't like what you call "stupid online game's".

Yeah, this is kind of the wrong audience to be complaining about that, ain't it?

I suppose, our friend Brett is a part of cool Aladygma project Wink

My Point of this is, This thing goes NOWHERE! You keep looking up these clues and these guy's don't have an end to this thing. It just goes on and on with no end because they make it up as they go along. If THAT'S an ARG, I apologize because I don't know these things. And if that's an ARG, I don't think I want to be involved.(Although I do admit I'm kinda hooked and can't stop looking up info and reading posts) Wink

Brett, is this the only "game" you have given a shot?? If you want to be factual about things, Cloverfield is more of an "ARE" ... maybe you should try comming oiver to The DarkLight project.. here is the link for the shadowshttp://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=25690... and here is the link for the beacons http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=25676&start=210

We are in the early phases of game play so anyone that hasn't been following along for a while, is more than welcome to jump in....I am sure that you will find it a little bit more *interactive* than Cloverfield...

I do have to admit that I'm not a fan of a game that exists for the sole purpose of making a game, without any reason or direction. Maybe it's me, but I like to have an objective, or at least know the PMs have an objective.

And if they're using this as a marketing tool, a sort of "hey, look what we can do!" gimmick to reel in bigger fish, I can't see how that would even be effective.

Then again I know of several marketing people that only look at Alexa ratings, and all things considered they're ranked pretty damn high at around 83,000 ("1-18-08.com" is only ranked at 123,045).

With that Alexa rating, Yahoo is #1 followed by, none other than Google.... Unfiction alsmot gets as many hits as the Aladygma site does.... to put it into perspective...

It would be an interesting game if there were actually a story that they knew the ending of.

I liked the video of the guy that had the paranormal stuff happening in his home. It would make a cool story, but without the story I'm not really interested in following it. Rolling Eyes

Seems like a cheat. Confused

I recently really clueless, whether it's a ARG or ARE or something else. It has in some ways charisma, but the whole thing is really nebulous.

I have sometimes a feeling, it is a product of some Cloverfield fascinated guys, who wanted to make something kinda, and now they developed really cool cosmology, but cannot en-velope the whole story.

Anyway, I will stay behind and lurk, I just hope it won't disappear like snow in spring.

Maybe it's already been said, but my 2 cents: Don't get crushed if this turns into another Cloverfield "ARG" where the only "ARG" is in screams of frustration. Have fun with all the spec, but just remember- it may not lead anywhere. I sure hope it does, and I hope JJA decides to do more with the Cloverfield II ARG than just let us talk to IG characters via Myspace Very Happy

If you have some questions to Thomas, ask him:
http://thomasdahlem.blogspot.com/2008/06/please-ask-me.html

(I've got a message from him at StudiVZ about it)

He will make a video reply to the most questions.

That could be important for Aladygma... thing.... whatever...
