Omphalabyrinth everywhere ?

 		Omphalabyrinth everywhere ?
or strictly restricted to the list ?
We know have a list of omphacities but is it still possible to design an omphalabyrinth somewhere else ?

Because, there will be obviously one in Paris, but as i may not be there, i also would like to do one in my little town.

Problem is : have i the right to do so ? (my town being located in the middle of nowhere and not particularly important) Will i still get a trackstick for it ?

 		i dont think anyone is quite sure.

Some people in Japan got one, but there not on the list at all.

i think go for it, but you probalbly wont get a trackstick/ get to keep one out of it.

Apart from that I think we need to concentrate on the full known list of cities. go through the list, work out which people kai has talked to and which cities we dont have anyone for at all.
