 		Things have been so slow the past week. I can't wait to see how next week starts.

Will I be overthown as the points leader?
Whatever has happened to Mr. Cheeks?
Will someone kick Cubby in his podcast?
Will Brad be allowed to get a tan?

Announcement
I thought I should repost this announcement here in case anyone is interested to join in the fun. The post was on the game forum and targeted toward new players or anyone interested in starting right now - it is a brand new. You don't have to play the first half.

"Welcome to the Second Half of "What is this Game?"!

Soon, thehost will issue an opening statement and Stage Four will Officially be underway. This section is for new and returning players to be able to get information on what has happened up until now and be given a list of links to sites that will assist in this.

All players currently registered have been updated to the current task. Any new player who registers from here on out will begin at the beginning and a simple message to thehost through these forums will allow the player to be updated to Stage Four. A new player may also elect to go through the tasks from the beginning if he/she so chooses to gain the maximum amount of points possible. Any new player who chooses to be updated will start Stage Four with 0 points.

Any new OR returning player may go back and complete challenges by again sending thehost a private message requesting to do so. Otherwise, the amount of points you had when we updated all players are how many you currently have. If you are unsure, ask thehost.

A good place to start are the two wikipedia's being run by the players. We recommend visiting these links as well as visiting your personal homepage to get you acquainted with the story.

Another good idea would be to ask the players themselves. You will find that they are more than willing to help.

 		Live Event in Boston
I am not going to the live event in Boston. It kind of interfers with what I have going on in Chicago around of July - that is our big time here in Chicago and we have visitors. But it was nice of the game planners to plan a live event; quite honestly I never played a real ARG before except Covet and they didn't have live events so when I signed up for whatisthisgame I wasn't expecting anything like that. It sounds like fun though - especially when combined with the Boston ARG Fest.

I don't know of anyone from my "no more team" that is going. But that doesn't mean that they aren't going; they might be.

Edited: Does your main game board STATUS still say "waiting for second half"? I just want to make sure mine doesn't have a glitch or something.

 		Yeah, mine says the same thing. It probably won't be updated until we complete the first challenge in Stage 4. Or whenever they get around to updating it. Laughing

I am going to ARGFest as well as Magnet0 and Greystone. I think they were planning on having a lot more players there, but maybe they'll pick up some new ones at the same time.

 		I can't wait for the live event at ARGFest!!! I really hope that this game gets time given to them by the organizers. There are some players traveling a long way specifically for this game and I'm sure they would appreciate some official time during ARGFest for this event! I can't wait for ARGFest and all the awesome things happening there including the WITG event! Wink Wink
